Denver Market Stats

It’s that time again, the monthly Denver housing market report…I know you have been refreshing this page, just waiting for this moment…and here it is!

So what does this list of numbers and percentages boil down to?

Overall, the market is solid, and seems to even be picking up a little bit of steam, and I can tell you from showing homebuyers houses…inventory is low (down more than 20% from this time last year).  Especially clean, well-maintained, priced-to-sell inventory in popular neighborhoods.  More and more people are registering for our automated Property Search service, because they have seen everything on the market in their price range and still haven’t found The One.

In fact, Denver may have the lowest inventory in the US — don’t you love being so darn popular?!
